With decades of experience in design and building tools for the beaded molded foam (BMF) industry, Packaging Engineering – Brighton can create 3D designs of all components and build tools for expanded polystyrene (EPS), expanded polypropylene (EPP), expanded polyethylene (EPE) and specialty co-polymers. Additionally, we provide CNC machined cavities from aluminum billets/bars and do not cast our cavities or prep stock. We also offer spare parts for any tool and optimized venting designed in-house by our experienced team.

Packaging Engineering – Brighton (PE-B) can provide 3rd party certification and certified inspection fixtures for molded parts and assembly aides as well as equipment for secondary work. Additionally, GO-NO GO templates, in-process gluing fixtures, and other in-process checking devices can be designed and built for use at or near the molding presses.
